We seek a professional who plays an active role in site and management routines, operating efficiently, effectively, and decisively—directly contributing to the success of our projects. Main Responsibilities **Construction Execution** * Supervising teams to ensure adherence to schedules and proper execution of construction phases; * Quality control of materials (e.g., cement, steel) and completed services, ensuring compliance with technical standards; * Monitoring occupational safety regulations, including correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE); * Conducting service measurements for contractor payments and basic topographic surveys. **Site Office / Administrative Base** * Preparing and interpreting technical drawings and projects using software such as AutoCAD; * Quantitative material take-offs and budget preparation; * Planning and monitoring physical construction schedules; * Organizing and providing required technical documentation. Technical Autonomy and Responsibility A professional with active registration at the Federal Council of Industrial Technicians (CFT), qualified to: * Develop and oversee own projects up to 80 m² (limited to two floors, per current legislation); * Execute construction projects of any scale, provided they are linked to designs duly signed by an engineer or architect; * Issue TRT (Technical Responsibility Statement), ensuring formalization of technical activities.
