Coordinate teams and monitor project schedules ***Position Open!*** We are seeking a Building Construction Technician to oversee, execute, and control construction projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, technical standards, and quality and safety requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Supervise and coordinate infrastructure construction projects; \- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals throughout all project phases; \- Coordinate teams, monitor project schedules, prepare budgets, and control material quality; \- Enforce regulatory norms to ensure the safety of workers involved in project construction; \- Prepare construction progress reports; \- Ensure compliance with technical, quality, and occupational safety standards; \- Assist in controlling materials, supplies, and outsourced services; \- Perform other duties related to the position. **Requirements:** We seek candidates who have completed a Building Construction Technical Program, possess skills in reading and interpreting construction drawings, and have experience in the described responsibilities. **Working Hours:** To be determined. **Salary:** To be determined.
