Support for basic network and VPN configurations. **Job Description:** ---------------------- The IT Equipment Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the availability and proper functioning of company equipment and IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include incident handling, user support, computer and peripheral maintenance, as well as supporting basic network and VPN configurations. Also collaborates in IT equipment procurement, ensuring technology resources align with business needs.
