**About the Opportunity** ------------------------ We are seeking a Systems Solutions Architect with strong functional and systemic vision to serve as the bridge between business and technology areas. The professional will be responsible for understanding functional needs, refining requirements, and defining how new functionalities, improvements, and processes will be incorporated into the company's sales systems' systemic architecture. This position focuses on functional and systemic architecture, considering business processes, involved systems, integrations, functional rules, dependencies, and impacts on the current ecosystem. Standards related to infrastructure, cloud, databases, and technologies are already established internally. Therefore, the role will not focus on defining technology stacks or purely technological architecture. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- Participate in requirement understanding, discovery, and refinement meetings with business areas. Understand commercial and operational processes related to sales systems. Elicit, analyze, and detail functional requirements and business rules. Translate business needs into clear functional and systemic solutions. Define how new functionalities and improvements will be incorporated into the current ecosystem. Develop functional and technical specifications to guide development teams. Map business flows, involved systems, integrations, dependencies, and impacts. Assess the impacts of new demands on legacy systems, existing applications, and operational processes. Define responsibilities and expected behaviors of systems participating in the solution. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, end-user areas, business specialists, development teams, and other stakeholders. Participate in discussions regarding integrations, legacy systems, new processes, and evolution of sales systems. Support the development team during requirement understanding, implementation, and solution validation. Contribute to the evolution of the General Tools and OVD sales systems. **Mandatory Requirements** --------------------------- Experience as a Solutions Architect, Functional Architect, Systems Architect, Senior Functional Analyst, or similar role. Proven experience in eliciting, analyzing, and refining requirements. Ability to understand business processes and translate them into systemic solutions. Experience in developing functional and technical system specifications. Hands-on experience designing solutions involving multiple applications, processes, and integrations. Experience assessing functional and systemic impacts in complex corporate environments. Ability to map business flows and identify involved systems, areas, and processes. Strong communication skills for interacting with business areas, users, Product Owners, and technical teams. Consultative, analytical, and problem-solving mindset. Systemic vision and ability to understand end-to-end solutions. **Desirable Requirements** ------------------------- Experience with sales systems, e-commerce, order management, CRM, or commercial channels. Knowledge of commercial processes, customer service, order processing, billing, or distribution. Experience with system integrations. Experience working with legacy systems. Functional knowledge of service-oriented architecture and microservices. Experience in retail, wholesale, or distribution sectors. Experience in transformation, modernization, or evolution projects for sales systems. Experience in environments involving multiple systems and business areas. **Expected Profile** ------------------- Aptitude for engaging with business areas and understanding the underlying needs behind requests. Ability to question, analyze, and refine requirements before handing them over to development. Broad view of commercial processes and awareness of how new functionalities impact the systems ecosystem. Clarity in preparing documents, workflows, rules, and specifications. Ability to lead meetings and align expectations between business and technology.
