Job Summary: The Engineering team seeks a professional to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and predictability of the Loft platform—leading incidents, evolving architecture, and optimizing costs and governance. Key Highlights: 1. Lead critical incidents and evolve the EKS architecture 2. Standardize IaC and automation to reduce waste 3. Analyze costs in AWS/Datadog and anticipate technical risks How the team **(****AREA NAME)** builds Loft: **How the Engineering team builds Loft:** Our mission is to ensure the entire Loft platform operates with reliability, efficiency, and predictability—running critical systems, reducing waste, preventing incidents, and aligning costs, performance, and security.
