We’re looking for someone to join us as a **Staff Software Engineer Backend**, ready to accelerate this journey with us. **Your role here:** As a **Staff Software Engineer Backend**, you’ll play a pivotal role in rethinking the architecture of our products, improving their efficiency, reducing costs, and generating new business opportunities. As an engineering expert at Turbi, you’ll assume a technical leadership role within the team—supporting the Engineering Manager (EM) in the team’s technical growth, guiding technical decision-making, and assisting the team with technical challenges. Additionally, you’ll bring your perspective on technologies and industry best practices that can optimize code, projects, and products—driving greater efficiency, better metrics for the team, improved customer experience, increased revenue, and strategic decisions to fuel success and growth in 2026\.
