Join our team in an environment where empathy and creativity are the recipe to cultivate and harvest, always, the best results! **Responsibilities:** * Identify and map pain points and needs of engineering teams related to the data journey; * Structure and develop a data roadmap with phases, priorities, and deliverables; * Map existing data flows, identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities; * Build implementation and evolution schedules for solutions; * Develop data solutions alongside multidisciplinary teams; * Support the implementation of AI tools, promoting efficient data usage; * Monitor results and propose continuous improvements aimed at innovation and value generation; * Ensure integration of solutions into the engineering environment. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Experience in data modeling, pipelines, and ingestion, transformation, and storage workflows; * Proficiency in ETL/ELT tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Talend, or similar); * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases; * Experience designing scalable data architectures; * Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements; * Experience integrating APIs and multiple data sources; * Experience with agile methodologies; * Knowledge of data governance, security, and quality; * Intermediate English proficiency. **Nice-to-Have:** * Experience with AI and advanced analytics projects; * Experience in engineering or industrial environments; * Strong communication skills with both technical and business teams. **What We Offer for This Position:** * Contract model: PJ (Individual Entrepreneur); * Birthday Day Off; * Paid leave of 15 days after one year of employment; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; **Work Model:**100% remote, with occasional on-site visits to the client in São José dos Campos \- SP.
