Responsibilities: \- Lead the property acquisition process for sale and rental, ensuring portfolio quality and alignment with the company's positioning; \- Actively prospect new property owners and partners to expand the property portfolio and opportunities; \- Conduct negotiations with property owners, evaluating commercial terms, return potential, and alignment with SJ Imóveis guidelines; \- Map market opportunities by conducting competitive, regional, and product-profile analyses; \- Structure and monitor acquisition-area performance indicators, proposing improvements and strategic adjustments; \- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure swift onboarding of new properties and accurate market offerings. Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields; \- Prior experience in property acquisition, owner prospecting, or real estate portfolio development; \- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a persuasive and consultative profile; \- Knowledge of the local real estate market and its specific characteristics; \- Proactive, results-oriented profile with strategic vision and ability to organize processes.
