Apply now and build the future of technology with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support and maintain data environments and processes on Azure and on-premises, ensuring continuous and reliable operations; * Provide advanced administration and support for Databricks (Azure), including troubleshooting and operational adjustments; * Monitor and oversee data pipelines, jobs, integrations, and routines, applying both preventive and corrective approaches; * Perform fixes and improvements to existing processes, identifying root causes and reducing recurrence; * Manage and resolve incidents (SLA adherence, prioritization, communication, and follow-up until stabilization); * Support BI and development teams by ensuring environments are ready for new releases and requirements; * Continuously evolve and improve DataOps / CI-CD pipelines for data (governance, quality, and reliability); * Collaborate with infrastructure/architecture teams as needed (capacity, access, security, network, performance); * Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and regulatory best practices; * Propose and implement improvements to observability, monitoring, and alerting (metrics, logs, traceability). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Senior-level experience in Data Engineering, with emphasis on production environment support and operations — not limited to greenfield projects; * Solid hands-on experience with **Databricks**, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and support of jobs and pipelines; * Experience operating in **100% cloud environments**, preferably within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem; * Proficiency in **Azure Data Factory**, Databricks, and **DevOps/CI/CD pipelines**; * Experience supporting and maintaining production data pipelines, integrations, and data processes; * Knowledge of environment monitoring, incident handling, and problem management; * Experience managing SLAs, ticket prioritization, incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident actions; **Additional Information** We are the **Grupo SysMap**, composed of the brands **SysMap Solutions, TriggoLabs, and triggo.ai**, an ecosystem of high-impact companies delivering innovative technology solutions that transform businesses and develop people.
