Responsibilities: * Map and document system functional flows, emphasizing clarity and reproducibility; * Perform manual testing across all company systems, based on usage flows and expected functionalities; * Clearly document tested features and their respective results (approved features, identified bugs, potential improvements); * Support the product and development teams with usability and performance feedback on solutions; * Assist in building a corporate technical and functional knowledge repository. Requirements: * Familiarity with Scrum; * Experience in system documentation; * Degree in: Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Systems Analysis; * Knowledge of software architecture and system operation; * Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion, corporate Wiki); * Organization, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
