Job Summary: Professional to join the Projects team, leading a team of architects and technicians in developing and managing architecture projects using BIM. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate with related departments You will be part of the **Projects team.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Experience in developing architecture projects using **BIM**, covering all stages: conceptualization, feasibility studies, executive design, coordination, and detailing; * Lead a team of **architects and technicians**, supporting project development and management; * Ensure adherence to pre-established **deadlines and schedules**; * Conduct **thorough technical analysis** of deliverables and outputs produced by the projects team; * Organize the team and **assign tasks according to each professional’s competencies and potential**; * Collaborate **with related departments** involved in project production and execution; * **Identify and develop team talent** through structured feedback and monitoring of **Individual Development Plans (IDPs)**; * Define **project scopes** and **estimate timelines and effort requirements** for project execution; * Demonstrate **proficiency in managing multiple processes and demands simultaneously**. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning; * Active CAU registration; * Proven experience supervising project teams; * Experience in project management from conception to delivery; * Strong client relationship and teamwork skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit (mandatory), ACC, and BIM Collaborate Pro. **Preferred Qualification:** * Experience in retail-sector projects is a plus for this position. **Additional Information** Swile Card \- Flexible Benefit Total Pass Birthday Day Off Hybrid work model Partnerships with Educational Institutions Corporate University At Grupo Método, we strive to foster an inclusive culture.
