Job Summary: An architecture professional to lead and manage BIM projects from conception through delivery, with a focus on team management and adherence to deadlines. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to simultaneously manage multiple processes and demands You will join the **Projects Team**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Experience in architectural project development using **BIM**, covering all stages: conceptualization, feasibility studies, construction documents, coordination, and detailing; * Lead a team of **architects and technicians**, supporting the development and management of architectural projects; * Ensure adherence to pre-established **deadlines and schedules**; * Conduct **thorough technical analysis** of deliverables and outputs produced by the project team; * Organize the team and **assign tasks according to each professional’s competencies and potential**; * Collaborate **cross-functionally with departments related** to project production and execution; * **Identify and develop team talent** through structured feedback and monitoring of **Individual Development Plans (IDPs)**; * Define **project scopes**, and estimate required **timelines and efforts** for project execution; * Demonstrate **ability to simultaneously manage multiple processes and demands**. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning; * Proven experience supervising project teams; * Experience in project management, from conception through delivery; * Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit (mandatory), ACC, and BIM Collaborate Pro. **Preferred Qualification:** * Experience in retail-sector projects is a plus for this role. **Additional Information** Swile Card \- Flexible Benefit Total Pass Birthday Day Off Hybrid work model Partnerships with Educational Institutions Corporate University At Grupo Método, we strive to foster an inclusive culture.
