Job Summary: Professional responsible for general activities related to the approval and legalization of real estate developments, interfacing with public agencies and monitoring project schedules. We are waiting for you. **Responsibilities:** * Perform general activities related to the approval and legalization of developments; * Interface with public agencies, utility concessionaires, and Real Estate Registry Offices to monitor project approvals and incorporation processes; * Prepare and monitor various procedures (e.g., land regularization, subdivision registration, parcel division, consolidation, and area corrections); * Conduct critical analysis and contribute to product and legal project development; * Review and analyze urban planning guidelines, utility requirements, and various documents; * Organize schedules using Microsoft Project, mapping and tracking real estate lifecycle activities up to launch; * Manage contracts and payments to third-party service providers within the Approvals Department. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering **Specific Knowledge:** * AutoCAD; ArchiCAD (BIM) preferred; MS Project; Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in licensing real estate developments with public agencies, utility concessionaires, and real estate incorporation registries; * Knowledge of laws and regulations governing the industry (e.g., land subdivision, urban planning legislation, master plans, building codes, and various NBR standards such as accessibility and performance).
