Develop architectural and complementary building projects. Perform material and labor quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for construction execution. Supervise and monitor construction execution, ensuring compliance with project specifications and established deadlines. Conduct inspections and surveys on ongoing construction projects, verifying material and service quality. Prepare technical reports and documentation required for construction regularization. Manage construction and demolition waste, ensuring proper waste disposal. Stay updated on technical standards and legislation related to civil construction.
