And this is only the beginning. ### **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Develop, train, validate, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems; * Build data and model pipelines — from data preparation through production deployment; * Develop predictive and classification solutions using supervised and unsupervised learning techniques; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into machine learning–based solutions; * Monitor model performance in production, propose continuous improvements, and perform retraining when necessary; * Participate in defining scalable machine learning architectures and best development practices; * Work hands-on across the full model lifecycle — from experimentation to production deployment. ### **Requirements and qualifications:** * Solid Python development experience; * Practical experience building machine learning models using libraries such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, TensorFlow, or PyTorch; * Knowledge of data preparation, cleaning, and feature engineering; * Experience evaluating, validating, and optimizing models (cross-validation, performance metrics, hyperparameter tuning); * Applied statistics knowledge and foundational machine learning concepts; * Cloud service experience, preferably AWS, for model training, deployment, and monitoring; * Experience building data pipelines and integrating with APIs; * Hands-on, analytical, collaborative, and problem-solving mindset; * Availability to participate in technical assessment stages via live coding. ### **Not mandatory, but valued:** * Experience with MLOps platforms such as Amazon SageMaker, MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar; * Knowledge of large-scale data processing using Spark or equivalent tools; * Experience with machine learning model monitoring, versioning, and governance; * Experience in data architecture and scalable systems projects; * Knowledge of deep learning and neural networks; * Ability to translate business challenges into machine learning–based solutions. ### **What’s it like to work at Skopia?** Here, you’ll find an environment where Results, Creativity, Pragmatism, Commitment, Authority, and Performance guide daily work.
