Therefore, the Implementation Consultant is a key player in ensuring each module is implemented in alignment with the organization’s processes, guaranteeing the delivered solution generates practical, sustainable, and lasting value. As an Implementation Consultant, you will apply your technical and business knowledge to lead the evolution and optimization cycle of modules across the active customer base—from requirements gathering through to production deployment of enhancements and new functionalities. To succeed, you must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas: * **Implementation of Handit modules or equivalent systems:** understand implementation stages and ensure adherence to scope, timeline, and quality. * **Functional configuration and business rule modeling:** translate operational needs into applicable system configurations and rules. * **System integration and data flow management:** possess sufficient knowledge to collaborate with technical teams on integrations and automations. * **Documentation and training:** produce manuals and training paths that support client autonomy. * **Back-office processes and/or budget management:** understand areas such as Finance, Controllership, FP\&A, Procurement, Assets, and HR—including their interactions and impacts on corporate budgeting and information consolidation. Acting as an Implementation Consultant also means maintaining attitudes that drive delivery excellence and strengthen client relationships. Your role will be fundamental in ensuring the effectiveness of implementation deliverables. This includes: * Accurate functional mapping of modules and budget components, with complete and validated requirements gathered from key users. * Optimized modeling of functionalities—creating or customizing solutions for maximum alignment with client needs. * Delivery of fully configured, tested, and approved modules, ready for production without defects. * Consistent integration between modules, aligned with the solution architect, ensuring a systemic and coherent view. * Clearly documented standard operating procedures and system workflows, ensuring user autonomy. * Comprehensive functional documentation, including internal operation guides and client-facing guides. * Active contribution to continuous improvement of models, products, and implementation processes. * User and client satisfaction, measured by feature adoption rates and reduced rework. **What You Need to Know/Be/Have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or related fields. * Experience with databases and SQL. * Experience implementing Handit solutions or equivalents (ERP, FP\&A, budget management platforms). * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of ERP module integration, understanding of systemic workflows, and functional configuration. * Ability to coordinate across diverse departments and stakeholders; strong communication skills and client-facing experience. **Bonus Qualifications:** * Knowledge of back-office processes (Finance, Procurement, Assets, Contracts, Costs, Sales, HR, FP\&A, Budgeting, Controllership, and Accounting) is a plus. * Prior involvement in projects covering accounting, financial, and information consolidation processes is a plus. * Knowledge of budget management and financial modeling is a plus. * Familiarity with ETL tools such as Pentaho Data Integration (Kettle) is a plus. * Experience in ERP/BI maintenance and/or support is a plus. * Knowledge of API-based integration processes is a plus.
