Interaction with architects, construction companies, and industry partners. **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are seeking a professional to join one of our partners in Vinhedo\-SP as an External Commercial Consultant. The candidate will support the team focused on active field prospecting, relationship building with architects and construction companies, identifying business opportunities, and supporting the commercial process for automation, audio, and video solutions. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Actively conduct commercial prospecting in the field. * Visit construction sites, condominiums, ongoing projects, and residential properties to identify business opportunities. * Establish face\-to\-face relationships with architects, construction companies, and other partners. * Collect contact information during external visits and record relevant details. * Return to the office after field activities to make follow\-up calls. * Identify prospects' interest in automation, home theater, audio, and video solutions. * Invite potential clients to visit the company and learn about its services. * Maintain frequent contact with architects and assist in scheduling company visits. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Architecture or related fields. * Prior experience in commercial prospecting or client acquisition. * Experience or exposure to professionals in architecture, design, construction, or related fields. * Knowledge of and familiarity with social media platforms, particularly for commercial and lead generation purposes. * Strong communication, articulation, and presentation skills. * Proactive profile with strong interpersonal relationship skills. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. * Knowledge of audio and video technology, or familiarity with the luxury market. **BENEFITS** * Commission based on the total value of sold projects. * Meal allowance / iFood voucher.
