Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Process Analyst to join our Process and Continuous Improvement team, enhancing internal processes and strengthening the organizational culture of excellence—preferably with experience in Technology. Application of Lean and Six Sigma Methodologies We seek a Senior Process Analyst to work within the Process and Continuous Improvement area, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of internal processes and the consolidation of the organizational culture of excellence at Rede Santa Catarina. We prefer candidates with professional experience or academic background in Technology, who demonstrate strong expertise in performance indicators (KPIs) and data analysis, leveraging AI tools to drive results. This professional will be responsible for promoting and disseminating process management and continuous improvement practices aligned with institutional strategies, ensuring efficiency, standardization, and compliance with organizational policies and guidelines. **Key Responsibilities:** Promote continuous improvement of internal processes; Promote and disseminate the Continuous Improvement Program and Operational Excellence across departments; Map, review, and update documents and procedures, ensuring standardization and adherence to corporate policies; Lead continuous improvement and process innovation projects, applying methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma; Design and manage the institutional process architecture, ensuring quality, efficiency, and effectiveness; Conduct critical analyses of performance indicators (KPIs), identifying deviations and proposing action plans; Support departments in process redesign and workflow optimization; Collaborate integrally with Technology and Business areas, contributing to data-driven solutions; Contribute to the sustainability and evolution of process management practices within the organization. **Requirements:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields; Experience in environments interfacing with technology/data is a significant advantage; Knowledge of Lean and/or Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt certification is desirable); Experience in continuous improvement projects; Strong expertise in performance indicators (KPIs), data analysis, and insight generation; Experience in regulatory documentation and process standardization; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Quality Management, Process Management, Project Management, or related fields. “Rede Santa Catarina respects, promotes, and supports inclusion.
