Then join us in cooperation! **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform risk and control mapping across processes, products, and services according to your assigned domain; * Analyze and address operational losses and failures to drive continuous improvement; * Propose and monitor action plans to strengthen controls and reduce exposure to risks; * Develop and monitor operational risk indicators; * Update internal regulations related to operational risk management; * Monitor regulatory changes applicable to Operational Risk Management; * Prepare reports, presentations, and internal regulations related to the area; * Support the implementation and maintenance of the risk management methodology; * Draft ad-hoc opinions to assist Unicred Central and affiliated cooperatives in risk management; * Promote the dissemination of risk management culture throughout the Unicred System. **Requirements and qualifications** * Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting Sciences, or related fields; * Experience with risk management methodologies; * Knowledge of process mapping tools; * Familiarity with regulations governing the Brazilian Financial System; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Analytical ability and strategic vision for problem-solving.
