**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 40 hours per week **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Perform analysis, controls, and various processes to meet work demands; * Participate in the planning, organization, and control of workflow; * Address specific demands and services required by administrative, educational, and technological professionals; * Analyze contracts and institutional demands, providing management support for decision-making; * Monitor deadlines for fulfilling demands under the responsibility of the area of operation; * Manage schedules and coordinate meeting logistics to support departments and participants; * Prepare meeting minutes and track deliverables defined therein; * Monitor payment requests; * Conduct account and cash flow analyses, applying appropriate methods to meet deadlines and information flow requirements; * Provide information support for internal and external audits and monitor their progress; * Plan and supervise analytical, study, and research activities within the area of operation to provide technical support for institutional actions; * Apply applicable legislation to institutional work processes, according to the area of operation; * Carry out technical-administrative procedures consistent with the area of operation; * Analyze internal processes and suggest improvements; * Provide technical advisory support, representing the manager on matters related to the area of operation; * Prepare reports pertaining to the area of operation; * Perform other duties compatible with those stipulated for the position and/or as required by the specific circumstances or needs of the workplace; * Participate in the preparation of the Program Budget and its amendments, as well as the Regional Administration Management Report; * Represent the department/unit or SENAC DF at internal and external events; * Comply with and respect organizational policies, mission, and strategic vision; * Develop and maintain up-to-date procedures and documents for the area/unit of operation; * Share technical guidance with team members; * Comply with and ensure compliance with the organization’s code of ethics; * Perform duties within the processes, routines, and activities of the area/unit; * Develop and implement operational projects for the area/unit aligned with those of the Organization; * Identify and propose continuous process improvements to enhance area/unit excellence; * Perform assigned duties under close and continuous guidance and/or supervision; * Perform other duties compatible with those stipulated for the position and/or as required by the specific circumstances or needs of the workplace. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Education and Knowledge:** * Degree duly registered with an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC), completed in Accounting Sciences. **Desirable Education and Knowledge:** * Knowledge of ECD – Accounting Records and ECF – Fiscal Accounting Records; * Knowledge of physical and regulatory laws impacting payment processing and account management; * Knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable routines (finance); * Knowledge of payroll routines; * Knowledge of Tax Reform. **Mandatory Professional Experience:** * Minimum of 06 (six) months’ experience in the accounting field. **Desirable Professional Experience:** * Experience in planning and organizing daily routines and accounting entries; * Experience in accounting, bank, and asset reconciliations; * Experience in monthly closing of Accounting Records and Financial Statements.
