Description
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Perform onboarding, vacation, termination, payroll, and pro-labore processes;
* Conduct labor calculations, verifications, and monthly payroll closing;
* Generate and verify labor and social security charges, including FGTS, INSS, IRRF, and union contributions;
* Submit and monitor ancillary obligations, including eSocial, DCTFWeb, FGTS Digital, DIRF/substitute obligations, RAIS, and other relevant declarations;
* Issue collection slips, such as DARF, FGTS, INSS, and other payroll-related taxes;
* Monitor due dates and ensure timely submission of all statutory obligations;
* Manage benefits, time tracking, banked hours, absences, medical certificates, and job stability provisions;
* Organize and maintain up-to-date labor documentation for employees and clients;
* Provide client support and guidance regarding labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and HR department routines;
* Perform and verify calculations for terminations, vacations, 13th salary, wage adjustments, and labor charges;
* Ensure compliance with labor, social security, and applicable regulatory requirements;
* Support audits, inspections, and internal processes related to the department;
* Populate control systems and spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy;
* Other duties assigned to the department.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Accounting, or related fields;
* Minimum of 2 years of experience.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
* Familiarity with Domínio system;
* Experience in accounting firms.
