Senior Controller Analyst

Description

We are seeking a Controller Analyst to work for a multinational company with strong financial and accounting interfaces, supporting monthly closing processes, financial analysis, and reporting to the headquarters. This position is ideal for professionals with an analytical profile, critical thinking, and a solid accounting foundation—especially those with prior Big4 audit experience. **Responsibilities:** * Support controller and monthly closing processes; * Prepare and submit financial reports to headquarters; * Conduct financial statement analysis; * Perform accounting reconciliations; * Support depreciation calculations and fixed asset control; * Work with international financial reporting standards (IFRS/FRS16); * Conduct balance sheet structure tests and validations; * Support improvements and structuring of the controller function; * Interface with finance, accounting, and audit departments. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Experience in controller, accounting, or audit functions; * Prior experience at a Big4 firm; * Advanced/fluency in English is mandatory; * Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS/FRS16); * Experience analyzing financial statements; * Technical knowledge of fixed assets and depreciation calculation; * Advanced Excel proficiency; **Benefits:** * Van or bus transportation; * Health insurance; * Gympass; * Life insurance; * Meal voucher: BRL 32.55 (per day) **Additional Information:** * Work model: Hybrid (first month 100% on-site for onboarding and training); * Employment type: CLT; Compensation: BRL 7,000.00 – BRL 8,000.00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance; * Commercial partnerships and discounts; * Life insurance; * Meal voucher; * Transportation voucher; Selection question(s): * Do you have advanced or fluent English? * Have you worked in audit/Big4?
