Description
We are seeking a Senior Controller Analyst to work comprehensively and strategically within the laboratory's controller function, responsible for financial management, performance analysis, budgetary control, and preparation of the
DRE, supporting executive leadership in decision-making.
This position is critical to ensuring an integrated financial perspective, cost control, profitability, and business sustainability.
Prepare, analyze, and present the laboratory's managerial DRE, detailed by unit, department, and cost center;
Perform monthly closing and variance analyses (actual vs. budgeted vs. historical);
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and budget revisions;
Analyze operational, clinical, and administrative costs;
Monitor financial and operational KPIs (margin, EBITDA, costs, expenses, profitability);
Support pricing decisions and profitability analysis jointly with Pricing and Commercial teams;
Ensure reconciliation among revenue, costs, expenses, and results;
Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams;
Support process improvement, internal controls, and financial governance;
Produce managerial reports and executive presentations.
**Education:**
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; knowledge of costing, budgeting, KPIs, and managerial closing; advanced Excel skills (financial modeling and analysis); analytical profile, organized, autonomous, and business-oriented.
Solid experience in controller functions, with hands-on expertise in DRE;
Experience in service-oriented companies, preferably in healthcare or laboratories.
