**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Perform daily accounting entries, ensuring compliance with the chart of accounts and applicable regulations;
* Execute reconciliation of accounting and bank accounts, promptly identifying and resolving any discrepancies;
* Participate in monthly profit determination, supporting the preparation of financial statements;
* Support monthly and annual accounting closings within deadlines established by the Controller’s Office;
* Support inventory recognition and measurement per CPC 16, including provisions for losses and obsolescence;
* Assist in revenue recognition in accordance with CPC 47, observing retail-sector practices;
* Support the recording and monitoring of provisions (CPC 25\), focusing on existing obligations and identified contingencies;
* Collaborate in controlling and updating the fixed asset register across network units per CPC 27;
* Support accounting entries related to lease contracts (CPC 06 — IFRS 16\) across multiple operational units;
* Assist in calculating depreciation and amortization of the company’s fixed assets.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences;
* Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail, consumer goods, or audit firms;
* Experience with accounting closings and reconciliations in multi-branch environments is considered a plus;
* Solid foundation in accounting recordkeeping and preparation of financial statements;
* Familiarity with CPCs applicable to retail: CPC 16, CPC 25, and CPC 47;
* Working knowledge of CPC 06 (IFRS 16\) as applied to leasing contracts;
* Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Totvs, SAP or similar).
