JOB OPENING: Human Resources Analyst Opportunity to work in the Payroll Department Responsibilities: * RESPONSIBILITIES Timekeeping reconciliation and closing; Hiring, vacations, and termination procedures; Payroll calculation, statutory contributions, union dues, life insurance, and other related items; Financial and accounting integration; Accounting entries; Benefits administration; E-Social and all related obligations; Labor litigation representative; Issuance of HR purchase orders; Management reports; Support for projects; Employee file organization (folders, hiring records, termination records); Submission of annual mandatory filings: DIRF and RAIS; Knowledge of MEI (Individual Microentrepreneur) regulations. Requirements: Experience with Senior system modules: Personnel Administration, Time Tracking, Benefits, PPE Control, ERP, and Procurement. Knowledge of Labor Laws. * Experience in Recruitment and Selection; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and organizational ability; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related fields).
