Job Opening for Fiscal Analyst \- Customer Success Area Description: We are seeking a Fiscal Analyst to join our team. The professional will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and success within the fiscal portfolio, acting as the primary relationship contact point, guaranteeing correct usage of contracted services, anticipating fiscal risks, and generating continuous value for clients. Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary point of contact for fiscal clients. * Coordinate requests between clients and the fiscal operations team. * Ensure structured onboarding for new fiscal clients. * Anticipate potential fiscal impacts and proactively advise clients. * Record and track client requests. * Handle critical situations and sensitive matters. * Identify upsell and cross\-sell opportunities Requirements: * Experience in the Fiscal area; * Prior experience in Customer Success; * Knowledge of CRM tools; * Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills; * Ability to work collaboratively in a team; * Proactivity and client focus; * Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
