ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST (PLENO)

**Job Description:** ---------------------- Be responsible for monthly and annual accounting closings, ensuring accurate recording of transactions and reliability of the company's financial information. Perform complex accounting reconciliations, review journal entries, and analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards (CPC/IFRS). Support external audits and consulting engagements, assisting in the preparation of financial statements and explanatory notes. Also responsible for technical support and submission of ancillary obligations, such as ECD and ECF, as well as analysis of accounting impacts related to corporate transactions, fixed assets, CSC, and related parties. Provide technical support to assistants, junior analysts, and other departments within the company, contributing to internal process improvements and ERP implementation/enhancement. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; Solid experience in accounting, particularly in monthly and annual closings; Advanced knowledge of accounting reconciliations and analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts; Experience with external audits and preparation of financial statements; Familiarity with CPC and IFRS standards; Experience with ancillary obligations, especially ECD and ECF; Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency; ERP system experience; Analytical ability, organization, and deadline management skills; Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- PJ (Individual Contractor) **PCD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Work Location:** ---------------------- São José do Rio Preto \- CSC
