Resolve requests with support from the team and knowledge base. Analyze and classify call quality and evidence. Specify requests to be forwarded to other departments. Replicate and test scenarios in internal environments. Develop queries. Perform product/system parameterization and configuration. Maintain the knowledge base. Evaluate and handle customer calls; Prepare test scenarios; Develop functional documentation; Develop operational procedure documentation; Support and act as liaison between the development team and external customers. **Requirements and qualifications** **What we seek to add to our \#TopazTeam:** Requirements: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Economics, Computer Engineering, or a specialization in customer service management. Knowledge of design standards and user experience.
