Are you passionate about strategy, negotiation, and innovation in the solar energy sector? We are looking for a **Product Manager** to lead the evolution of Solfácil’s photovoltaic equipment portfolio, connecting market trends, relationships with global manufacturers, and commercial excellence.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and driving the company’s product strategy, ensuring competitiveness, profitability, and alignment with customer and market needs.
**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:**
* Strategically managing the photovoltaic equipment portfolio to ensure competitiveness, profitability, and alignment with market demands;
* Leading negotiations and strengthening relationships with domestic and international manufacturers;
* Identifying market trends, opportunities, and emerging technologies to continuously evolve the portfolio;
* Developing and executing product launch strategies in collaboration with Commercial, Marketing, and Engineering teams;
* Monitoring performance indicators, competitiveness metrics, and portfolio results;
* Leading and developing the Product team, fostering a data-driven, collaborative, and continuously improving culture.
**To succeed in this role, you must have:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Energy, Mechanical or related fields), Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines;
* Solid experience in product management, strategic procurement, or business development;
* Experience in the solar energy, electro-electronic, distribution, or highly competitive markets;
* Knowledge of portfolio management, market analysis, and commercial strategy development;
* Analytical capability to make data-driven decisions;
* Advanced English for negotiations and relationship management with international manufacturers;
* Experience with market intelligence tools, competitive analysis, and AI applications in business;
**Preferred qualifications:**
* Postgraduate degree, MBA, or specialization in Product Management, Supply Chain, Energy, or Business;
* Experience negotiating with Asian manufacturers, especially Chinese ones;
* Experience working with B2B distributors offering technically complex portfolios;
* In-depth knowledge of the photovoltaic market, including modules, inverters, batteries, and mounting structures;
