**Made by people who transform education** **All Arco positions are open to People with Disabilities.****On a day-to-day basis, you will:** * Build and manage the metrics "Control Tower" for the Higher Education segment (ACV, Churn, LTV, and Health Score). * Perform financial modeling and cohort analysis to forecast customer base behavior and its impact on cash flow (Revenue Intelligence). * Develop strategic dashboards that connect platform usage data to colleges' financial success. * Identify risk patterns and expansion opportunities, generating actionable insights for the Customer Success team and leadership. * Structure the Voice of Customer workflow, translating quantitative data into business cases to influence the Product roadmap. * Define and monitor departmental performance goals, ensuring data integrity across the entire customer journey. **To participate in our process, you must have:** * Solid experience as a Senior Analyst in Business Intelligence, RevOps, Financial Planning, or CS Strategy. * Advanced proficiency in SQL for extracting and manipulating large volumes of data. * Proven experience with data visualization tools (Metabase preferred). * Deep expertise in SaaS/Recurring metrics (Unit Economics) and financial analysis. * Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for scenario modeling and forecasting. * Analytical ability to translate complex data into simple, executable business recommendations. * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Administration, or related fields. **Nice-to-haves:** * Prior experience in Fintechs or companies within the education ecosystem (EdTechs). * Knowledge of programming languages for data analysis (Python or R). * Experience building Customer Success Operations functions from scratch. * Familiarity with CRM and CS Management tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar).
