**Job Description**
Work in the Human Resources area with a focus on Labor Relations, providing technical leadership on union-related matters, reading and interpreting collective labor agreements, producing technical documentation, and conducting legally required union procedures. Contribute to people management and labor process decisions through technical analyses, advisory support to HR and Legal departments, and representing the company before unions and public agencies. Actively participate in preserving labor relations, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and supporting the company’s cultural transformation process.
**Responsibilities and Duties:**
* Provide advisory support to HR managers and peers regarding strategies related to union negotiations;
* Contribute to HR department effectiveness, aligned with approved policies and the company’s cultural transformation process;
* Keep supervisors informed about departmental matters, providing accurate and reliable information to support internal and legal decision-making;
* Maintain contact with company units and external entities to clarify doubts, align procedures, submit documents, and obtain information;
* Perform technical work related to Human Resources and Labor Relations, including data and document collection, compilation, analysis, and interpretation;
* Conduct comparative evaluations, preparation, and verification of documents related to collective agreements;
* Interpret collective agreements and legal documents related to labor relations;
* Prepare technical presentations and reports related to the area;
* Stay updated on internal procedures and corporate guidelines;
* Comply with policies, procedures, and standards established by the specific management system, observing regulatory requirements and proposing improvements;
* Participate in internal events, campaigns, and training related to the SGI;
* Perform other related activities as directed by leadership.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields;
* Prior experience in this role;
* Ability to analyze collective agreements and legal documents related to employment;
* Skill in preparing presentations;
* Knowledge of and experience using tools for managing collective agreements.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Familiarity with payroll systems, and experience building and simplifying calculation rules related to collective clauses;
* Experience participating in union negotiation tables.
Work Schedule
* Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) – hybrid model 4x1: 4 days onsite and 1 remote day.
