Focus on profitability and price optimization **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and review pricing policies and strategies for products and/or services * Analyze costs, margins, demand elasticity, and price sensitivity * Monitor competitors' pricing and market trends * Build pricing models, simulations, and financial impact scenarios * Support commercial, marketing, and finance departments in setting prices and promotions * Evaluate profitability by product, customer, channel, or region * Prepare pricing performance reports and dashboards * Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, or related fields * Prior experience in pricing, market intelligence, or financial analysis * Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of BI tools, SQL, or analytics platforms is desirable * Understanding of pricing strategies, margins, costs, and profitability * Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree * On-site meal allowance * Mobility
