**About the Opportunity** We are seeking a **Performance Consultant** to work alongside our clients, focusing on results analysis, strategic planning, and value generation through performance indicators. This role requires analytical insight, the ability to diagnose complex scenarios, and the skill to propose practical solutions that directly impact business growth and efficiency. The consultant does not limit themselves to operational tasks: they act as a strategic partner, conducting diagnostics, structuring action plans, and monitoring execution to ensure consistent outcomes. **What does a Performance Consultant do?** * Conducts organizational performance diagnostics, identifying strengths, risks, and improvement opportunities. * Designs and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), translating data into strategic insights for managers and teams. * Prepares comparative analyses, dashboards, and performance reports that support decision-making. * Develops and implements action plans focused on operational efficiency, productivity enhancement, and profitability improvement. * Provides consultative guidance to leaders and teams on best practices in performance management. * Monitors and evaluates outcomes, proposing adjustments whenever necessary to ensure continuous improvement. **Requirements** * Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in consulting, controller roles, strategic planning, or performance management functions. * Strong analytical reasoning and ability to transform data into strategies. * Excellent communication skills, a consultative mindset, and strong interpersonal relationship abilities. * Familiarity with BI tools, dashboards, and performance management methodologies is desirable. **The Profile We Seek** * A strategic professional with systemic vision and the ability to critically assess situations. * Results-oriented, disciplined in execution, and focused on continuous improvement. * Capable of transforming complex data into simple, clear, and actionable solutions. * A client partner, adopting a consultative stance and focusing on value creation.
