**️ Your typical day will include:**
* Supervising the production of formative actions, complementary initiatives, and special projects under the General Training Management, including pre-, production, and post-production processes—from concept to execution;
* Supervising Formative Dissemination activities carried out by pedagogical units (schools and coordinations) under the General Training Management, especially complementary actions and Formative Dissemination initiatives;
* Providing direct support to the General Training Management and also to the Schools Management;
* Supervising the formulation, development, and revision of Special Projects and formative and/or complementary actions;
* Supervising contact and coordination with strategic partners for implementing formative actions, complementary initiatives, and special projects;
* Supervising the preparation, monitoring, and documentation of calls for formative actions, complementary initiatives, and special projects within the Formative Dissemination area;
* Supervising and leading the Formative Dissemination team of the General Training Management in developing, implementing, managing, and monitoring Formative Dissemination processes;
* Supervising and jointly coordinating—with the Pedagogical Management area—the formulation and organization of information required for quotation and procurement processes related to various services connected to this area;
* Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and tracking implementation of decisions;
* Performing analytical production-related procedural routines;
* Organizing information to support matrix departments in systematizing regulations and other operational procedures;
* Preparing qualitative and quantitative reports for the area;
* Fostering partnership and cooperation among teams of the CULTSP PRO Program;
* Providing data for research reports on services delivered to target audiences;
* Participating in meetings and activities, representing IDG when designated by leadership;
* Performing other tasks compatible with the requirements of this position;
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with occasional travel and participation in evening or weekend activities; compensatory time bank applies in such cases.
**Requirements for this position:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in fields related to Culture and Humanities (Human and Social Sciences, Fashion, Law, Literature, Cultural Production and/or Arts and their languages, Cultural Studies, Economics and Creative Industries);
* Prior experience with projects and/or institutions related to topics such as Culture, Economics and Creative Industries;
* Availability to participate in events and/or activities on weekends.
**Preferred qualifications:**
* Strong institutional relationships;
* Experience in cultural production and management processes;
* Fluent English;
* Knowledge of Spanish;
* Availability for short-term travel and/or relocation across the State of São Paulo to carry out activities.
