**️ Your daily responsibilities will include:**
* Supporting training activities, complementary initiatives, and special projects under the General Training Management area, assisting the Supervision team and monitoring pre-, production, and post-production workflows and processes: overseeing initiatives from conception to execution;
* Supporting the pedagogical units (schools and coordination offices) of the General Training Management in the executive production of complementary initiatives, particularly those related to Training Outreach;
* Formulating, developing, and reviewing Special Projects and training and/or complementary initiatives;
* Maintaining contact and coordination with strategic partners to implement training, complementary, and special projects;
* Assisting in the development, monitoring, and documentation of calls for proposals for training, complementary, and special projects within the Training Outreach area;
* Prioritizing partnership and cooperation relationships among CULTSP PRO Program teams;
* Contacting and monitoring negotiations with cultural and creative professionals, technical and artistic specialists, and groups implementing initiatives in the Training area;
* Supporting, organizing, and/or monitoring the scheduling of initiatives and activities related to the CULTSP PRO Program’s training processes;
* Assisting in conducting surveys, preparing reports, and managing various databases;
* Monitoring procurement requests and maintenance of equipment and supplies required to support Training Outreach and other initiatives;
* Providing data for survey reports on audiences served;
* Contributing to strategies that enable the formation of new audiences for the CULTSP PRO Program;
* Monitoring integration initiatives among audiences across the Territory;
* Performing other tasks compatible with the requirements of this position;
* Working hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional travel and participation in evening or weekend activities; compensatory time bank will apply in such cases.
**Requirements for this position:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in fields related to Culture and Humanities (Human and Social Sciences, Fashion, Law, Languages, Cultural Production and/or Arts and their languages, Cultural Studies, Creative Economy and Industries);
* Prior experience with projects and/or institutions related to topics such as Culture, Creative Economy and Industries;
* Availability to participate in events and/or activities on weekends.
**Preferred qualifications:**
* Strong institutional networking skills;
* Experience working with cultural, artistic, sports and leisure, and/or environmental collectives — among others — based in the various peripheries of São Paulo state and other Brazilian states;
* Fluent English;
* Knowledge of Spanish;
* Availability for short-term travel and/or travel within São Paulo state to carry out initiatives.
