Community Relations Analyst

Description

We are seeking a **Community Relations Analyst** to work on regional social development, fostering relationships between the company, local communities, public institutions, and other strategic stakeholders in the region. This professional will play a key role in leading and monitoring social projects, socioeconomic programs, and social communication initiatives, ensuring close engagement with communities and alignment with the company’s sustainability and social responsibility strategies. **Key responsibilities:** * Design and monitor social projects focused on environment, culture, sports, leisure, and professional training; * Directly manage relationships with communities, local leaders, public agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders; * Support social and institutional communication strategies, including activities across conventional media and social networks; * Participate in organizing community meetings, public hearings, and social engagement initiatives; * Prepare reports, presentations, and monitoring indicators for social projects; * Monitor socioeconomic programs and support regional development initiatives; * Collaborate closely with departments such as Environment, Health, Safety, and Corporate Communications; * Support the implementation of social responsibility strategies and strengthen the company’s institutional image. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, Sociology, Economics, Geography, Biology, Social Communication, or related fields; * Prior experience in community relations, social projects, social communication, or sustainability; * Field experience in stakeholder management; * Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; * Advanced English proficiency; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in mining, infrastructure, energy, or large-scale projects; * Knowledge of corporate social responsibility, ESG, and territorial development; * Experience with social indicators, technical reports, and socioeconomic programs. * Work location: Poços de Caldas/MG. **Competencies:** * Attention to detail * Organization * Responsibility * Teamwork * Proactivity * Ethics * Adaptability * Discretion *Meteoric provides equal employment opportunities to all individuals and does not discriminate against any employee or job applicant based on race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.*
