We invite you to be part of something bigger. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate and evolve the UMS program across multiple manufacturing sites in the LATAM region. * Act as a facilitator of cultural and operational transformation, promoting sustainable and high-performance practices. * Coordinate regional continuous improvement projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. * Influence and lead cross-functional teams indirectly, fostering collaboration and engagement. * Conduct technical visits and workshops at regional manufacturing sites, with availability for up to 25% travel time. * Report progress, metrics, and results to local and global stakeholders. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing programs (TPM, WCM, UMS, Six Sigma). * Excellent communication skills, analytical capability, and results orientation. * Strong interpersonal skills; **PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Intermediate English and Spanish (preferred) * Ability to lead indirectly and influence in multicultural environments.
