Job Summary: Unilever is seeking a UMS and Transformation Analyst in Vinhedo, SP, to manage projects, savings governance, loss analysis, and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Management and support for factory projects and savings governance. 2. Analysis of losses and waste to propose continuous improvements. 3. Work in a dynamic environment focused on purpose and innovation. **Unilever is hiring a UMS and Transformation Analyst in Vinhedo, SP.** **What can you expect from this role?** * Management and support for Factory projects (Master Plan); * Savings governance (reporting, training, workshops, etc.); * Execution of UMS pillar agendas and support to leaders and members; * Loss intelligence: conduct analysis of factory losses and waste and propose improvements; * Updating and building dashboards to monitor Vinhedo Factory KPIs; * Leading audits and continuous improvement forums; * Reporting and replicating best practices. **Does this sound like you?** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Prior experience in TPM and/or WCM is essential; * Knowledge of Power BI; * Advanced Excel experience; * Experience with data analysis / analytical profile; * Understanding of basic processes within the pillars of these methodologies; * Knowledge of Lean; * Problem-solving skills; * Agility and flexibility; thrive in a dynamic environment. **Why Unilever?** Unilever is where you can bring your purpose to life through your work—building a better business and a better world every day.
