This person will be responsible for supporting solution implementation, monitoring activities, interacting with clients and internal teams, and ensuring quality and adherence to established deadlines. If you are eager to learn, transform logistics and mobility, and make a difference, this is your opportunity! **Responsibilities and duties** * Client onboarding; * Analysis of the client’s logistics process to define scope details; * Diagnosis of the client’s logistics operations to identify issues and propose solutions; * User training; * Environment configuration; * End-to-end TMS testing process; * Configuration and integration testing with ERP and satellite systems; * System operationalization in specific cases. **Requirements and qualifications** * Knowledge and experience in logistics; * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Technology, or related fields; * Solid knowledge of software systems. **Preferred qualifications** * Prior experience in implementation projects; * Previous experience with the Multi-Shipper TMS software; * Proficiency in English or Spanish; * Prior experience working with large shippers. **What we offer?** * National Health Insurance Plan * National Dental Insurance Plan * Life Insurance * Meal/Voucher allowance * Gympass * zenKlub
