Knowledge of operational tracking and urban route planning * Experience in administrative/operational transportation routines (issuance of transportation documents such as CT-e, Manifest, MDF-e, etc.); * Interpersonal relationship skills (clients, suppliers); * Knowledge of operational tracking; * Knowledge of incidents and related systems; * Experience in contracting third-party service providers; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (reporting and KPI analysis); * Knowledge of urban route planning; * Knowledge of tracking processes; * Knowledge of PGR (Programa de Gerenciamento de Riscos); * Knowledge of scheduling processes.
