**Training and Development Analyst** **Job Description / Responsibilities:** Develop and deliver behavioral training programs for employees in accordance with LNT; Conduct and implement the company's training needs assessment; Monthly tracking of training activities; Deliver onboarding training for new employees; Track delivered and scheduled training sessions; Monitor costs associated with external training provided by partner companies; Responsible for all training logistics: coffee break, instructional materials, and classroom preparation; Conduct and follow up on specialized training sessions; Support the development of management indicators related to training; Collaborate with the committee on all endomarketing activities; Manage and promote commemorative dates; Organize and execute monthly birthday celebrations; Administer and track admission gifts; Perform other duties as required by the department. **Required Education and Experience:** Bachelor’s degree completed; Previous experience in Training & Development or Human Resources; Practical experience delivering training and development initiatives; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; **Work Location:** São João de Meriti **Salary:** R$ 3\.270,50 **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance * Meal Voucher * Life Insurance * Basic Food Basket * Dental Plan * Health Insurance * Family Assistance * Birthday Day Off * Pharmacy Discount * Study Incentive * Totalpass **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Minimum Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree
