**Freight Sales/Operations Analyst - Transportation Company - PJ** **Daily Responsibilities:** Managing the existing client portfolio; monitoring freight sales; tracking customers' cargo shipments; preparing road freight quotations; preparing management reports; analyzing sales strategies; monitoring competitors; identifying market trends; conducting projections and comparative analysis; supporting management in decision-making; executing commercial routines in accordance with company policies and procedures. **Requirements:** Commercial experience, preferably in transportation or logistics; proficiency in SSW system; experience in portfolio management; ability to prepare management reports (SSW and Excel); commercial analysis and market monitoring; strong communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity to follow leadership instructions and guidelines. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in road freight transportation; bachelor's degree; experience in road freight quotation; knowledge of freight sales; analytical mindset for market research, competitor analysis, and commercial forecasting. **Work Location:** Fanny Neighborhood Benefits: Transportation Allowance + Meal Voucher **Salary:** BRL 3,000.00 - starting salary, with profit-sharing eligibility after 60 days **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **As this is a PJ (individual contractor) position, the company pays the 13th salary and vacation benefits** Minimum Education: High School Diploma
