We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure professional to manage, sustain, and evolve the company’s IT environments, ensuring high availability, security, performance, and service continuity. The professional will be responsible for hybrid environments (on\-premises and cloud), participating in strategic digital transformation, automation, and continuous infrastructure improvement projects. Responsibilities: * Administer and maintain on\-premises and cloud infrastructure environments * Manage Windows and Linux physical and virtual servers * Implement, monitor, and validate backup and disaster recovery (DR) solutions * Administer LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, firewall, switching, and routing networks * Monitor environment performance, availability, and capacity * Analyze and resolve critical incidents (Level 3\) * Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and continuous improvements * Ensure compliance with information security policies * Participate in infrastructure and digital transformation projects * Automate routines and processes using PowerShell, Bash, or Python * Document environments, technical procedures, and architectures * Support IT audits and governance processes * Support technical support and development teams Requirements: * Solid experience in IT infrastructure. * Administration of Windows Server environments: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO * Knowledge of Linux * Experience with virtualization: VMware, Hyper\-V, or similar * Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Firewall * Experience with backup and recovery tools: Veeam, Commvault, or similar * Information security knowledge: Hardening, patch management, IAM * Experience with monitoring tools: Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana * Cloud knowledge: Azure, AWS, or GCP * Automation/scripting knowledge: PowerShell, Bash, basic Python Differentiators: * Experience with Kubernetes and containers (Docker) * Knowledge of Zero Trust and advanced security * Experience in hybrid environments * Knowledge of ITIL Desired Profile: * Analytical and proactive mindset * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Ability to solve complex problems * Organized, with focus on continuous improvement * Adaptability to critical and dynamic environments **What We Offer:** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * On\-site meal allowance * Transportation voucher * Birthday day\-off * SESC partnership * São Paulo Pharmacy partnership * 50% discount on in\-person courses at **SENAC** * Wellhub (gyms and wellness) * Workplace gymnastics **Selection Process Steps** 1\- Registration 2\- Behavioral Assessment 3\- HR Interview 4\- Manager Interview 5\- Hiring **Work Location** Avenida David Kasitzky, Vila Rosina, 777, Caieiras \- São Paulo, 07749\-505, Brazil
