We invite you to be part of something bigger. **SHEQ RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Advising line organizations on deploying corporate and business-area policies, guidelines, and strategies related to SHEQ. * Conducting audits within the organization to assess consistency, adherence, and understanding of SHE policies, guidelines, and strategies. * Evaluating and performing statistical analysis of SHE indicators. * Auditing FWS elements and tools of the Management System. * Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of Management System actions. * Providing advisory support and technical-legal guidance to line functions on SHE matters. * Advising on compliance with legal and certification requirements. * Supporting awareness, capacity-building, and training initiatives in SHE. * Acting as custodian of specific SHE techniques (audits, inspections, risk analysis, accident and incident investigations, etc.). * Monitoring and reporting on organizational SHE performance. * Advising on SHE aspects during approvals for changes involving machinery, equipment, and personnel. * Supporting the emergency and contingency action plan. * Advising on maintenance and updating of emergency systems. * Supporting training of emergency response teams. * Maintaining control over SHE licenses, documents, and records. * Advising on dissemination of SHE information. * Researching and disseminating new SHE technologies and best practices. * Promoting SHE awareness and culture. * Responsibility for organizational SHE information. * Liaising with external stakeholders and government agencies. * Onboarding new employees, contractors, and visitors. * Providing technical support to the UMS Safety pillar. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Disseminating Occupational Health, Hygiene, and Safety standards, Environmental Aspects, and instructing on correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Coordinating third-party services when activities are carried out within Unilever premises; * Supporting the Initial Control pillar; * Supporting Element 11 (Operational Control); * Issuing purchase requisitions to the Procurement Department and following up until material delivery and/or service commencement; * Developing new national and local suppliers — both for parts and services — in collaboration with the Procurement Department; * Preparing cost estimate requests for parts/services to the Procurement Department; * Liaising with suppliers and service providers (third parties); * Ensuring completion of all activities related to SHE Framework Standards within your area and environmental preservation. * Ensuring all activities comply with governmental laws and regulations under the SHE Framework Standards; * Understanding applicable Occupational Safety Regulations (NRs) relevant to your area; * Understanding applicable Technical Standards relevant to your area (ASME, ANSI, AISI, ABNT, etc.); * Participating in all scheduled inspections across all factory departments; * Monitoring and approving all services after start-up; * Developing Initial Controls for projects to achieve a design as close as possible to the ideal condition; * Responsible for use, storage, and suitability of PPE in your area; * Reviewing mechanical, electrical, civil, and automation projects; * Exercising full control (across all phases) of projects; * Customizing projects. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Experience in inbound logistics (raw material handling, automation of logistics processes); * Commitment to continuous learning; * Communication skills; * Time management; * Decision-making ability; * Critical thinking; * Proactivity; * Interpersonal skills; * Prior experience in the field. **DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Familiarity with methodologies such as: 5G / 5W1H / Why–Why is desirable. **At Unilever, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.** We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are committed to creating an environment where everyone can thrive/succeed.
