Identification of improvement opportunities and cost reduction **Job Description** **We are located at Rua Antonio Amstalden, 70 \- Capela, Vinhedo, between Campinas (end of São Domingos neighborhood) and the surrounding region.** Responsible for supporting logistics operations management through inventory analysis and ERP system utilization, contributing to delivery scheduling, customer and supplier relationship management, and process improvement. Monitors logistics performance indicators and guides managers and teams in decision-making related to warehousing, replenishment, and operational efficiency. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and size inventories and resources using ERP systems. * Monitor product or service scheduling and delivery, ensuring adherence to deadlines. * Invoice Process \- Perform invoice verification and entry into the system, ensuring accurate goods receipt, validation of tax information, and support for logistical and administrative inventory control. * Support customer and supplier relationship management regarding logistics requirements. * Develop and monitor logistics operations performance indicators. * Identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction in logistics processes. * Guide managers and teams in decision-making related to warehousing and product replenishment. **Requirements** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree; * Proficiency in Excel (verification via test administered during interview) * Knowledge of Power BI. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday \- 08:00 to 18:00 **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in logistics operations within distribution centers or warehouses; Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3\.265,10 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance Work Location: On-site
