Logistics Analyst / Freight Contracting

Job Summary: Support freight contracting operations by analyzing rate tables, pricing, managing partners, and tracking KPIs to ensure operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive support to internal teams and departments throughout the freight contracting process 2. Analysis and pricing of freight rate tables; management of partner performance 3. Support to management in indicator monitoring and employee development Provide operational support for freight contracting activities, including rate table analysis, pricing, partner management, and KPI tracking—ensuring operational efficiency and continuous improvement of logistics processes. **Responsibilities:** * Support internal teams and departments at all stages of the contracting process; * Analyze freight rate tables and *transit time* for new partners; * Pricing, adjustment analysis, and comparisons between current rate tables and market benchmarks; * Manage performance of road and air freight partners; * System configuration (rules, addition of new rate tables and *transit time*); * Coordinate the certification process for new partners; * Update freight rate tables in the system (approved adjustments); * Analyze freight rates for shipments with loading restrictions (blocked by airlines or non-standard volumes); * Support management in KPI monitoring; * Create and track system tickets with the **E\-Cargo** vendor; * Support employee development through participation in internal and external training programs; * Support internal departments and partners via meetings and alignment sessions. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields; * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Prior experience in this role; * Easy access to the São Bernardo do Campo region.
