The professional will be responsible for managing HR department-related activities, ensuring compliance with labor and social security legislation. This position emphasizes payroll control; however, it is also important that the candidate has prior experience in benefits management, electronic timekeeping, employee hiring and termination, issuance of labor documents, and disciplinary actions. A degree in Human Resources is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills are required.
