We are seeking a Customer Relationship Analyst to operate on the frontline of customer interaction, ensuring a positive experience across all touchpoints. This person will be responsible for understanding customer needs, resolving requests efficiently, and strengthening relationships—particularly regarding goods intake—through meetings and various communication tools. Responsibilities: Track requests and ensure timely responses to customers within established deadlines; Maintain clear and assertive communication, facilitating daily, weekly, and/or monthly alignment meetings to manage expectations and requests; Identify opportunities to improve customer experience; Monitor service-level indicators and satisfaction metrics (e.g., NPS); Provide comprehensive support via phone calls, e\-mails, chats, WhatsApp, and other available communication channels in the department.
