Job Summary: Fuel card management analyst, focused on fuel consumption analysis, deviation identification, and supporting decision-making to reduce costs. Key Highlights: 1. Fuel consumption management and analysis. 2. Analytical profile with focus on costs and control. 3. Use of advanced Excel for managerial reporting. * Fuel card management (activation, blocking, and limit adjustment). * Consumption analysis by vehicle, cost center (CR), and region. * Deviation identification: consumption outside standard range, inconsistent KM readings. * Operational support for card blocking and activation. * Verification of entries and support to Finance/BM. * Generation of managerial reports. * Interface with fuel supplier. * Support cost reduction decisions and abuse control. ### **Job Profile** * Analytical mindset (comfortable with numbers and patterns). * Healthy inquisitiveness. * Strong communication skills with operations and leadership. * Organizational skills and sense of priority. * Cost and control orientation. * **Excel: Intermediate level** * VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP * SUMIF/SUMIFS * Pivot Tables * Filters and data validation Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
