**Job Description:** Plan transportation routes and schedules, ensuring efficiency and cost reduction. Oversee fleet management, including preventive maintenance, documentation, and insurance. Monitor transportation performance indicators (OTD, costs, route efficiency). Analyze and propose improvements to transportation, logistics, and distribution processes. Monitor daily delivery operations, resolving issues and unforeseen events. Negotiate and manage contracts with carriers and service providers. Prepare managerial reports on performance, costs, and transportation indicators. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, transportation legislation, and internal policies. Collaborate with planning, operations, and customer service teams to align processes. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. Prior experience in transportation planning and operations. Knowledge of fleet management, route planning, logistics KPIs, and transportation processes. Proficiency in Excel, route optimization software, and ERP systems.
